Step 1: Choose Your Cushion Type

First, think about where and how you’ll be using the cushion. Common types include:

• Chair Seat Cushions – For dining, desk, or accent chairs

• Bench Cushions – Great for entryways, mudrooms, or outdoor seating

• Window Seat Cushions – Adds comfort and charm to any nook

• Outdoor Lounger Cushions – Designed for durability and weather resistance

Step 2: Measure Your Space

For regular shape cushions, simply measure the length, width, and decide the thickness of the cushion.

For custom shape cushions, the price is based on the maximum length and width of the shape. Here’s how to order a custom shape cushion with us:

1. Identify the Shape
Refer to the sample diagrams above to see which shape most closely matches your space.

2. Measure Each Side
Carefully measure the length of each edge, and label it to match the guide (e.g., A, B, C…).

Here is an example: You have a trapezoid-shaped bay window (left image), and after measuring, your labeled dimensions are shown in the right image.

When placing the order,

Cushion Width = max width of the shape = D = 28''

Cushion Length = max length of the shape = C = 79''

 

3. Select “Custom Shape Cushion” at Checkout
Upload your sketch or diagram along with the order. It can be a photo or hand-drawn layout—just make sure the labels and measurements are clear.

4. Review & Confirmation
We understand that small measuring errors can happen. Once we receive your order, our designer will review your drawing.
If anything needs clarification, we’ll reach out to you at the email you provided.

Note: A slight deviation of ±1 inch is considered acceptable within industry standards.

Make it truly yours:

• Piped edges: No edge, single pipe, or double pipe

• Anti-slip Ties: Ties, non-slip backing, or Velcro

• Throw Pillow Covers: You can also add matching throw pillow covers (covers only, no insert) in the same fabric during checkout.

 

Step 5: Place Your Order

Once everything’s confirmed, upload your design or notes and let us handle the rest. We’ll review your specs and confirm all details before production begins.

All our cushions are made-to-order, ensuring a perfect fit for your space.

 

Step 6: Production & Delivery

Custom cushions usually take 10–15 business days to produce. We pack them securely and ship directly to your door—ready to enjoy.

Our cushions are vacuum packed for safe and efficient shipping. It is normal for the fabric and foam to appear wrinkled or compressed upon arrival. Simply remove the packaging and allow the cushion to rest for up to 72 hours. It will gradually return to its original shape and softness.
