Carefully measure the length of each edge, and label it to match the guide (e.g., A, B, C…).
Here is an example: You have a trapezoid-shaped bay window (left image), and after measuring, your labeled dimensions are shown in the right image.

3. Select “Custom Shape Cushion” at Checkout
Upload your sketch or diagram along with the order. It can be a photo or hand-drawn layout—just make sure the labels and measurements are clear.

Step 6: Production & Delivery
Custom cushions usually take 10–15 business days to produce. We pack them securely and ship directly to your door—ready to enjoy.
Our cushions are vacuum packed for safe and efficient shipping. It is normal for the fabric and foam to appear wrinkled or compressed upon arrival. Simply remove the packaging and allow the cushion to rest for up to 72 hours. It will gradually return to its original shape and softness.
