Cancellation Policy

Standard Products
(Sample books, curtain rods, tracks, and other ready-to-ship items)

• You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification via email.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations after shipment has started.

 

Made-to-Order & Custom Products
(Custom curtains, shades, and other personalized items)

• Cancel with a full refund within 12 hours of order confirmation.
• After 12 hours, your order enters production and incurs material costs. Cancellations at this stage are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Order modifications may be possible but could involve additional fees. Please contact our support team to discuss options. (Support@homerilla.com)
• Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation once shipped out.
