Width range: 20-94 inches; Length range: 60-106 inches.

Inside Mounted: Measure the window inside width and height. Deduct 1/5 inch on the window width to get the shade width to ensure a proper fit inside the window frame, shade height could be the same as the window height. Ensure you have enough window depth, at least 3 inches.

Outside Mounted: Measure the window frame width and height. Add 3~6 inches to the window frame width and 5~8 inches to the window frame height. Install on the frame, shade size could be the same or slightly smaller than the window size. If your windows are close to each other, you can use the width of the window.

Wipe clean, avoid bleaching in case of discoloring and weakening the fibers.


After unboxing, please make sure you have read the user manual carefully.

If you encounter any operational difficulties, try performing the factory reset as outlined in Step 6 of the manual.

Order modifications are supported under the following conditions:

Free Modification: You can request changes to your order for free within 24 hours of placing it.

Custom products usually take 6-9 business days to prepare and 5-7 business days for delivery.

The shipping method varies depending on the product.

The carrier is selected based on the specific length and shipping requirements of your order. We typically use FEDEX, USPS, UPS, or DHL for the most efficient and reliable service. The estimated delivery time and chosen carrier will be provided in your order confirmation and tracking details. Usually it takes 5-7 business days.

We want to assure you that our custom products are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means the price you paid at checkout is all-inclusive, which covers the product, shipping, and any applicable import taxes or tariffs. You will not need to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

If you receive any notification (from the carrier or customs) requesting payment of tariffs while tracking your parcel, please contact us through support@homerilla.com. Our company will handle any required payments directly. You do not need to worry about additional charges.

Regarding Custom Blinds & Shades

Due to the unusual proportions of this particular shade, it requires special adjustment to ensure proper lift and balance. We will upgrade it with a wooden headrail to enhance stability and performance.

For Roman shades that exceed the stable size ranges, we use a wooden header system to ensure greater stability and durability.

If your custom shade has unusual proportions, for example, a width of 25" but a length over 55". Our manufacturing team will replace the standard headrail with a wooden one to ensure proper function and durability.

The choice of lining may also affect the headrail system for shades of the same dimensions. Please rest assured that the wooden headrail does not affect the overall appearance of the shade and is chosen solely to ensure smooth operation and long-term performance.

Please do not cut the cords or touch the lifting mechanism on the back. These parts are essential for the shade to function properly. Cutting or adjusting them may damage the product and make it unusable.

Please do not attempt to pull the fabric or unfold the shade before it is fully installed. Operating the shade while the headrail is not securely mounted can cause the internal cords to tangle and damage the shade.

Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by after-sales service. Once installed, use both hands to gently and evenly lift or pull down the bottom rail.

Avoid pulling from just one side.

If you choose inside mount, make sure your window frame depth is larger than the shade headrail.

The shade width should be 1/4 inch smaller than the window frame width.

This clearance ensures the shade can fit into the frame smoothly without getting stuck during installation.

For outside mount, make sure both width and height are larger than the window frame so the shade fully covers the window.

If the frame depth is less than the shade headrail, choose outside mount for proper installation.
