Pleasantly Surprised!

I’ve seen these advertised over and over again and when we were ready for window treatments we thought we’d try them. As I opened the box, I was totally impressed with the neat packaging and my 100” long curtains were perfectly folded. After putting together and hanging the rods, we hung the panels. They hung perfectly, no wrinkles, no pressing needed, no adjustments…. WOW! The quality of my unlined linen is outstanding! I absolutely love them!

Excellent quality

I was surprised at how good they were. I found them very well made. They look expensive and work very well. I would have purchased them for my next order of curtains but they were out of stock.

Beautiful and sturdy

We love the curtain rod . It is sturdy and very pretty . We have rods that are almost 100 inches that aren’t sturdy at all and we will have to place dowls in them to keep them from bowing .

Terrible rods

These rods are super cheap, they do not hold heavy curtains.

Dear customer, we saw your review and wanted to follow up. From your earlier email, it seems the issue happened because not all of the support brackets were installed. This could reduce the weight capacity.

We also noticed that in your custom order, you selected regular round rings instead of C-rings. Please note that our drapery rings are complimentary with custom orders — if you had chosen C-rings, we would have included them in your package at no extra cost.

If you’d like to keep all supports in place and still have the curtain slide smoothly, we recommend using C-rings — they allow the drapery to pass through the support brackets without any problem.

The rod you purchased can hold up to 30 lbs when fully installed. If you need even higher weight capacity, we also have a heavy-duty version that holds up to 40 lbs.

Best curtains ever!!

We have purchased custom drapery the last 18 years working with our designer, and these are just as beautiful, elegant with such great quality for 1/4” of the price. Will be ordering again soon for living room.
