Please note that if your curtains feature rings or grommets, they may not be able to slide past the support brackets on the curtain rod.
Additionally, kindly pay close attention to the number of support brackets included for your selected curtain rod size.

We recommend selecting a track or track rod system instead.

Combined with Custom Orders:​ When ordered with custom-made products, it will be shipped together with your custom items to ensure all pieces arrive around the same time.

Order Cancellation:​ Orders can be cancelled free of charge before​ they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

Return Requirements:​ To initiate a return, please provide clear photos of the product and its original packaging (including the shipping label) via email. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
