Regular Vacuuming:​ Use a vacuum cleaner on a low-power setting without a beater/rotating brush. Gently guide the nozzle in multiple directions to effectively lift dust and debris from the fibers.

Stain Treatment:​ Immediately blot​ any liquid spills with a clean, absorbent cloth. For persistent stains, we recommend consulting a professional carpet cleaning service. Never soak, hand-wash, or machine-wash​ the carpet, as this may cause damage.

Even Wear:​ To ensure uniform appearance, we suggest rotating​ your carpet every 3 to 6 months, especially in areas with frequent foot traffic or sunlight exposure.

Loose Threads:​ Should any threads become loose, carefully trim​ them with scissors. Do not pull, as this may unravel the weave.

Proper Storage:​ When storing, roll​ the carpet with the pile facing outward, wrap it in a breathable cloth​ (such as cotton), and keep it in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid folding or sealing in plastic bags, as this may lead to moisture retention and fiber damage.
