For pleated header styles, such as Double Pinch Pleat, Goblet and Inverted Box Pleat, please note:

  • If the length of the finished curtain is more than 108 inches, the max width without seam of the finished curtain is 56 inches;
  • if the length of the finished curtain is less than 108 inches, there is no seam for any curtain finished width.
  • If not, the width should be double-wide with a vertical seam.

For other pleated header styles, such as Triple Pinch Pleat, please note:

  • If the finished length of the curtain is over 108 inches, the maximum finished curtain width without a seam should be 50 inches.
  • If the curtain length is less than 108 inches, you can have any finished curtain width without a seam.
  • However, if the curtain length is exactly 108 inches, or if it falls between 108 inches and the maximum width of 50 inches, then you will need to use a vertical seam to achieve a double-wide width.

For Grommet and Soft Top header styles, please note:

  • If the finished length of the curtain with grommet header style is greater than 102 inches, then the maximum finished width of a single curtain without a seam is 106 inches.
  • If the curtain length is less than or equal to 102 inches, then there should be no seam for any finished curtain width.

For All the custom curtains, please note:
Production tolerance: ± 3 inch in width, ± 1 inch in length is acceptable for finished goods.

Washing: Machine wash cold (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle. Do not use high temperatures, bleach, or strong spin drying.
Drying: Hang to dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Ironing: Iron at low temperature (max 110°C). Use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric surface.
Warning: Do not dry clean. This will damage the wool content of the fabric.

How To Choose Hanging Header Style

French Pleat - Double

It creates a formal and elegant look. French Pleats are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats for a more luxurious look. It works for the track, traverse rod, channel rod, and pole with rings.

Tailored Pleat - Double

Tailor pleats are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats. Panel width is the width that pleats already set. It works for the track, traverse rod, channel rod, and pole with rings.

French Pleat - Triple

Triple French Pleat is constructed with two-and-a-half times the fabric of the panel width. The panel width should be the same as the coverage width. It works for the track, traverse rod, channel rod, and pole with rings.

Goblet

Goblet pleats are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats. Panel width is the width that goblet pleats already are made. 180% fabric width is used for pleats. Metal pin hooks are included. It works for the track, traverse rod, channel rod, and pole with rings.

Inverted Box Pleat

It is formed by two equal folds of fabric folded toward one another so they meet at the center of the pleat on the front of the fabric. It is what a box pleat looks like from behind. Panel width is the width that pleats already set. It works for rods with rings and track.

Pencil Pleat

Pencil Pleat Tape with traditional pleats and parallel folds that are formed uniformly, in the same size, when the cords are pulled.
