For regular-shaped cushions, the anti-slip ties and zipper are by default placed on the same side.
If the cushion is longer on one side, the zipper will be installed along the longer edge by default.

Please understand that tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable.

Our cushions are vacuum packed for safe and efficient shipping. It is normal for the fabric and foam to appear wrinkled or compressed upon arrival. Simply remove the packaging and allow the cushion to rest for up to 72 hours. It will gradually return to its original shape and softness.
