Exchange Policy for Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item through no fault of your own, or if your package is lost in transit, we are here to help with a free exchange or reshipment.

Please contact our support team​ within 30 days of the delivery date​ shown on your tracking information.

• For damaged or defective items, once we confirm the issue is not due to misuse, we will arrange a free exchange for the same item (same size, color, style, etc.).
• For a lost package, we will immediately open an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a free reshipment of your original order.
